The Rueda Weekend!
On Aug 6-7, Strictly Street Salsa will host a Rueda Weekend and offer 4 different levels of Rueda workshops, ranging from levels 1-4. Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn the basics of Rueda and advanced moves in just a weekend.
Rueda (aka
Rueda de Casino) is a way of dancing where partners form a circle and perform
steps or routines that are called by a leader. Dancing in a Rueda is an
incredibly fun experience that anyone can learn to do. In the learning
process, not only will you add the Rueda element to your dance, but you will
also see your partnering salsa skills improve. Authenticity, ease of
movement, and enjoyment are all aspects of the dance you will watch grow in
front of your very eyes.
