Lose It to Salsa Schedule
Lose it to Salsa is a dance workout done to
salsa
merengue, samba, rumba, cha-cha-cha and other
Latin music genres. This workout focuses on cardio-
vascular conditioning, muscle toning (done through
movement
Some of the benefits are: weight loss, physical
endurance, muscle gain
and increase of range of motion.
Shoes and equipment: dance sneakers or sneakers, light
hand weights and a mat. Schedule
Tuition (per 8 weeks cycle): 1 class a week - $80.00 2 classes a week - $120.00
