Lose it
To Salsa (LITS), a fun filled workout done to Salsa,
Merengue, Samba, Rumba, Cha-cha-cha and other
Latin musical genres. These workouts
focus on cardio-vascular conditioning,
muscle toning (done through movement
repetition and weights), and
flexibility. No dance experience is
required for this class. Anyone can
join, regardless of his or her dance
abilities. For late enrollment please contact us.
Benefits: weight loss, physical
endurance, muscle gain, and increased
range of motion while learning how to
dance.
COST: $80 / cycle (one
class a week)
$120 / cycle (two
classes a week)
ATTIRE: Workout clothes
SHOES: Tennis shoes or
jazz sneakers
ACCESSORIES: Mat and
